Hi, I’m Krista!

I graduated from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2001 and immediately headed to Bangkok to learn Traditional Thai Massage at The Wat Pho Thai Massage School. Next up, Grand Cayman! I trained other MT’s at The Ritz-Carlton’s award winning Silver Rain Spa.

Fast forward to 2009 - I completed YTT Costa Rica and studied Skin Histology and Medical Aesthetics, graduating from Champlain Institute in Toronto. I moved to Ottawa in 2014 and opened Urban Wellness. I recently completed Level 1 and 2 Ashiatsu Massage, which is now a staple of my practice.

Enter 2026, and I completed Level 1 of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). Clients are already seeing improvements to their mobility, flexibility and functional movements!
